Complete system inclusive of motor, controller, throttle, display, connection cables, adjustable mounting bracket, flexible vibration silencers. *Excluding drive shaft, propeller, batteries and charger. The electric motor is attached to the propeller shaft using a flexible coupling. Suitable for a propeller shaft of 25 or 30 mm. (to be specified when ordering). The motor controller is microprocessor driven and is protected against short circuit, overload and incorrect polarity. The display is connected to the controller and indicates: battery voltage, power, number of hours left to sail, used Ah and errors (in text) The engine is protected by an aluminium cover in which a self regulating extra cooling fan is integrated. HybridMaster 3.6 - 4.8 / 7.2 - 9.6
Complete system inclusive of motor, controller, throttle, display and connection cables. *Excluding drive shaft, propeller, batteries and charger. When sailing electrically the HybridMaster system obtains the required energy from a battery bank. When sailing on the combustion engine the batteries are automatically recharged with a maximum of 75A. This universal applicable electric propulsion system can be secured directly on the reverse gear or over the propeller shaft. With its very short depth (135 mm) the system is very suitable for installation in existing installations. The relation factor between the number of revolutions of the electric engine and the propeller shaft can be adjusted to ensure optimal performance from the system in combination with the existing drive system and propeller. An electronic lock ensures that the combustion engine and the electric engine can never operate at the same time. By placing two engines in V shape an (electric) hybrid propulsion is created with a power of up to 9.6 kW. This version can be combined with a diesel engine up to 45 HP. Specifications:

Complete system inclusive of motor, controller, throttle, display and connection cables. *Excluding drive shaft, propeller, batteries and charger. The water-resistant (IP65) DriveMaster Ultra AC motor controller can be operated at 48 or 96 Volts, depending on the battery package or output power and produces 3-phase AC current for the motor. The controller is enclosed in a compact casing that has an extra cooling unit. State-of-the-art software ensures ultimate handling under all conditions. Options: For the DriveMaster Ultra propulsion systems Mastervolt-Bellmann developed the Aqua-Flex thrust bearings (incl. homokinetic coupling) allowing easy fitting of the motor, without additional adjustment. The motor can also be placed at an angle in order when attaching to the propeller shaft, and thus can be fitted under the floor. With this set-up the motor is silent and vibration-free! 3-D powdercoated motor mounting bracket is available, inlc. flexible vibration silencers. |
